Our Vision:

At East Paris Church, we want to see a community where people are reaching out to their neighbors with the love of Christ,  where they are lifting others up through prayer, encouragement, and service, and where all we do is for God's glory, because He's given us everything through Jesus Christ, His Son.

REACHING OUT.  LIFTING UP.  ALL FOR HIM.

Our Mission:

To be part of God's mission in the world: redeeming everyone He has called, restoring everything He has created.

Meet Pastor James

I’m originally from Ontario—I came to West Michigan via Alberta. I taught high school for six years before I went to Calvin Seminary, which is when my family started coming to East Paris. My wife Marilyn and I have a home that currently includes four kids, two cats, two birds, and a guinea pig. We keep busy with books, crafts, RC planes, Legos, backyard campfires, music, swimming, a little bit of Doctor Who—and a lot of teasing and laughter.

Our faith community welcomes you, and your family to join  us every Sunday at 10:00 am and 5:00 pm to worship, pray and learn more about God's love.

Welcome to East Paris Church

Our Values:

  • We are committed to the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ and to preaching and worship that draws us closer to Him.
  • We want to be a place where people talk about God and their faith, and the conversation includes everybody.
  • We are committed to reaching out and connecting with our neighbors.
  • We are trying to be a "come as you are" community.
